My Career Path at SNS
I have been working since 2000 and have expertise in various
industries. I started my career as a developer and later moved into
security handling data backup, IT security audits, and AV solutions.
My stint at SNS was life-changing as I joined as a Network Security
Engineer and am proud to be the Head of Support Services in the
company.
Biggest Learnings
I have learned a lot about cybersecurity solutions since joining SNS.
Our cybersecurity OEM partner solutions are evaluated by our team,

which identifies the right solutions for customers. The motivation to
learn advanced-level solutions across various products has always
been encouraged at SNS.
Driving Customer Value in their Cybersecurity Journey
Our customers trust SNS support to offer solutions even for out-of-
scope security-related issues that may arise. We have a dedicated
team that offers quick SLA response time within 15 minutes and

India" Awards from multiple OEMs.

The stint at SNS India
Embarking on a career with SNS after completing CCNA proved a

great start to my professional growth. SNS has given me multiple

opportunities to gain experience in areas, including- presales, post-
sales, and customer handling.

Exposure and Learnings
Cybersecurity is a unique technology segment, and SNS is the best

place to gather limitless learning and exposure in the domain. The
company has allowed me to face any customer with multiple

challenges, and that's where new opportunities grow up for learning.
