Journey at SNS
SNS is the second company that I joined as a Customer Support
Engineer. After spending three years, I was given the responsibility of
managing Endpoint Security, and thus I became a Network Security
Engineer. Since then, I have been handling various products and

moved to Network Security Consulting, where I designed and set up
Customer Networks. I also worked in Pre-Sales, since my passion was
to recommend the right products & solutions to customers. Today, I
have completed 15 years at SNS and am proud to be the Head of
Support & Implementation.

I believe that SNS is the right place to learn new technologies. The
company provides a lot of opportunities to explore various
cybersecurity solutions. We are open to learning new products &
solutions and practicing in our lab, which further helps our engineers

remain strong in Network Security.

My Career at SNS

I am glad to say that SNS is a strong cybersecurity company, and I am
a part of it. I believe that cybersecurity offers plenty of scopes to learn,

work and earn. Right now, I have undertaken that journey. Thanks to

SNS for identifying me in this journey and allowing me to grow further.
My Experiences and Key Learnings

I joined as a Technical Support Engineer and am heading the Pre-

Sales Department. I learned basics like CCNA and practiced it in real-
time in SNS. Today, I have learned much about cybersecurity

solutions across various products.

Delivering Customer Value at Every Step
Cybersecurity is today one of the biggest challenges to solve, and

doing this helps SNS to deliver the best value to their customers.
